Nit-Wits Lice Treatment guarantees our work for 14 days following your final treatment.
If, during that 14-day period, you find a nit or a louse, we will come out at no charge to you (excluding mileage charges) and re-treat. Proof of lice must be saved for us to inspect, such as a nit on a hair or a bug in a bag.
For guarantee to be valid, all family members must be either checked or treated by us.
Due to the fact that children treated by us are returned to the environment where they got lice (i.e. school, sports teams, playdates, daycare) we can not guarantee our services after 14 days.
