Here’s how it works:
- You photograph suspected lice (bugs) or nits (eggs) and send it to our experts for evaluation.
- We will analyze the digital specimen, give a diagnosis, and provide recommendations on treatment, if needed.
- Analysis is available daily 8am to 5pm Pacific Time. We typically email results back within 4 business hours.
Our no-risk guarantee:
When someone is exposed to lice, it takes a few days for detection of nits in the hair. Therefore, we may initially determine that your child does not have lice. If, after a few days, you still feel that lice is a possibility, re-submit a new photo within one week for a second analysis at no-charge.
